Caliban |
Caliban is the most successful robot ever
constructed by WSU Robotics. The brainchild |
of Mark Fuller
(pictured below), Caliban is a 24-legged walking
robot that has won |
second place in
two separate international robotics competitions against such teams as |
Mudd, SUNY StoneyBrook
and others. |
Caliban is a favorite among the students when we
take him on our robotic presentations |
around the |
tested on a computer prior to manufacturing any
parts. From concept to final construction |
took a little over three months. |
